libdebian-source-perl software package provides collection of Perl modules for handling Debian source packages, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdebian-source-perl
libdebian-source-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdebian-source-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdebian-source-perl *
You will get with libdebian-source-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
